Storyline

Plot Summary:
One of the first adaptations of Agatha Christie’s Miss Marple novel series. Colonel Arthur (Moray Watson) and Mrs. Dolly Bantry (Gwen Watford) discover a young woman’s body in the library of Gossington Hall, their mansion. What was the poor lady’s name, why has she been killed there and who is guilty of the murder? The police is puzzled but there is wise and experienced Miss Marple (Joan Hickson) who is ready to help the police and to hold her own inquiry.
